Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services booked with Zero Pest Pro through https://zeropestpro.in/, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Services and prices

  • Prices on our website are starting prices for the home size shown (1, 2 or 3 BHK). The final price depends on the property size, the level of infestation and any extra work agreed after inspection.
  • Larger homes and commercial properties get a custom quote after a free inspection.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Booking and payment

  • Consultation and quote by phone or WhatsApp are free.
  • On-site inspection: ₹199, paid online when you book. Our technician gives you the final quote after the inspection. If you go ahead with the treatment, the inspection fee is adjusted in your final bill.
  • Pay full price: you can also pay the listed price for your home size online. If the inspection shows extra work is needed, we’ll agree the difference with you before starting.
  • Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments.
  • Our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the visit date and time.

Your responsibilities

  • Give our technicians safe access to the areas to be treated.
  • Follow the safety and preparation instructions we give you. For example: cover food, and keep children and pets away during treatment for the advised time.
  • Tell us about any allergies, pregnancies or health conditions in the household before treatment.

Warranty

Where a service includes a warranty, the period and terms are stated on your invoice. If pests return during the warranty period, we will re-treat free of charge, provided our instructions were followed. Warranties do not cover new infestations caused by structural changes, flooding or neighbouring properties.

Liability

We use approved chemicals and trained staff and take all reasonable care. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata have jurisdiction.
